A WORKFLOW YOU CAN FOLLOW

You made the work.
Give it a good home.

01

Bring only what you need.

Choose your capture dates, find your project and put your files where they belong. Without digging through camera folders.

02

Copy. Then check.

FileFlow verifies copied file contents. You get a clear result, so you know what transferred and what needs attention.

03

Make room. Keep the work.

Back up your work drives to a disk you choose. Removing a source file doesn’t remove its backup.

FROM TODAY’S PROJECT TO YOUR ARCHIVE

The edit changes.
The story stays.

Your project keeps evolving. FileFlow keeps previous versions when changed files are backed up, with a way to restore the work you need.

WHY I BUILT FILEFLOW

It started after
a shoot.

Meet the creator ↗

I'm a freelance photographer. After a shoot, I have often spent more time than I wanted copying files, sorting folders and checking that everything had actually transferred.

I wanted a simpler way to do it: choose the files, give them a home and get a clear result. A system I could rely on, without wondering where my work was or whether the copy had finished.

That's why I started building FileFlow. Less time managing files, and more time doing the work we enjoy.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful
answers.

Seven short pages. Includes app screenshots.

What is the difference between Import and Backup?

Import brings selected files from your camera card to a work drive. Backup copies your work drive to separate storage, including files you add or change while editing.

Will deleting a project delete its backup?

No. Files removed from a work drive remain in the backup. Changed files keep their previous version when backed up, and you can restore saved files into a new folder.

Can I use my own drives?

Yes. Choose local external disks, RAID or DAS storage. You can add multiple work drives and up to two backup destinations. Network shares and NAS backup are not supported yet.

Does backup run automatically?

After a reviewed backup, you can enable backup on reconnect. FileFlow must be open and all configured disks connected. This is not continuous syncing: run a backup again to include edits made while the disks remain connected.

Does verification mean I can erase my card?

Verification checks the copied file contents. Keep your originals until you have another verified copy on a separate disk, and check that every file you need was included in the import.
