Your choice
You can use this website without marketing cookies. We only load Meta Pixel after you choose Allow marketing. Use Cookie settings in the footer to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future marketing tracking; it does not undo information already sent.
Meta advertising measurement
With your consent, Meta receives page visits, page addresses, IP address, browser/device information and advertising identifiers. We use this to measure advertising and create audiences for FileFlow. This website shares a Meta pixel with Gullbekk Visuals; FileFlow page events carry a separate product label. We do not send your camera files, project contents or payment details through this integration.
Meta may associate this information with your Meta account and process it outside the EEA, including in the United States. See Meta’s privacy policy for its processing, retention and international transfer information. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provides these services in the EEA.
FileFlow accounts and beta access
We use Supabase to manage your email sign-in, beta access and up to two Mac activations. Account records include your email address, access status, installation identifiers and activation dates. The FileFlow database is hosted in Stockholm. Brevo delivers your sign-in codes from FileFlow@gullbekkvisuals.no. We also keep your verified email address in a FileFlow registration list in Brevo to manage registered users. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
The website uses essential, secure session cookies to keep you signed in. The Mac app stores its sign-in session in your macOS Keychain. Your photos, videos and project files are not uploaded to the account service. Contact us to request account deletion.
Optional FileFlow emails
After signing in, you can choose whether to receive FileFlow tips, product offers and requests for feedback. The choice is optional and is off unless you give permission. We record your choice to manage these emails through Brevo. You can withdraw permission in your account or use the unsubscribe link in an optional email. Signing up or purchasing does not automatically give permission for these emails. Essential sign-in, payment and account emails are separate and are not switched off by this preference.
Payments and licenses
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. FileFlow receives the details needed to connect a successful payment to your account, manage your license and handle refunds or disputes. Full card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored by FileFlow. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Browser storage
We save your consent choice and its date in local storage for six months before asking again. Marketing cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may be used by Meta after consent, typically for up to 90 days. You can remove browser storage through your browser settings.
Hosting and contact
Vercel hosts this website and processes connection information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses and request information. This supports our legitimate interest in running a reliable website. See Vercel’s privacy policy. If you email us, we use the information to answer your request and retain it as needed to resolve it or meet applicable obligations. Our email service is Google Workspace.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, and restriction, objection or portability where applicable, by contacting us above. You can withdraw marketing cookie consent using Cookie settings, and optional email permission through your account or the unsubscribe link in an optional email. You may also complain to Datatilsynet or your local supervisory authority.
